You'll own the roadmap, cadence, and playbooks, partner across clinical, operations, product, and leadership, and build structures that work at scale while guiding staffing, licensing, and SOP management.
Compensation includes $150,000 plus equity, with unlimited PTO and comprehensive health benefits.
