Operations Supervisor

Maximus is seeking a dynamic Operations Supervisor to support the Massachusetts Connector program. The Operations Supervisor will lead operational teams responsible for member transaction processing and service request resolution while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies. Acting as a key point of contact for client operational matters, this role is accountable for meeting service-level commitments, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

The successful candidate will also recruit, develop, and supervise Enrollment and Billing Operations Specialists to support program success.

• Responsible for assigning day-to-day work items.
• Monitor employee performance for compliance with established protocol (SLA).
• Work closely with other functional departments to ensure all work is completed timely and accurately.
• Effectively lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.
• Research and respond to any escalated inquiries and requests in a timely, professional, and informative manner.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports to be presented to staff.

• '- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably including some finance/accounting courses, from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or customer service function in a leadership role.
• Previous operations and supervisory experience with background in billing or processing financial transactions.
• Combined skills in understanding, selecting, developing and motivating others, as well as being both a strong team leader and team player.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, as well as computer proficiency.
• Experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with state-based marketplace, health plan or carrier operations.

• Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to ).
• Connectivity to the internet via either Wi‑Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.
• Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
