Remote Director of Global Operations

• Develop and execute a global operational strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision and growth objectives.
• Oversee and optimize all aspects of international operations, including supply chain management, customer support, and service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse, remote-first global operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and ensure consistent service quality worldwide.
• Manage global operational budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and optimal resource allocation across all regions.
• Identify and implement innovative operational solutions, technologies, and best practices to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant international regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional department heads to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
• Proactively identify and mitigate global operational risks, developing robust contingency plans.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 7 years in a senior global leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-national operations and driving significant business impact.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing global operational strategies in a technology-driven environment.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and change management skills, particularly in remote team management.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels globally.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing large international budgets.
• Expertise in operational analytics, process optimization, and system implementation.
• Experience with emerging markets and cross-cultural business practices is highly advantageous.
