Pathstream is hiring an Operations Lead for Coaching, a remote role that will shape how we recruit, onboard, and support coaches as the team scales. You’ll own the coach operating system, build tools and processes, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Success to drive coaching as a strategic lever for client outcomes.
You’ll design onboarding engines, fix root causes, and turn feedback into scalable improvements.
