Manager, Customer Success Managers; Fully Remote

• Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Success team supporting commercial, enterprise, and strategic customers.
• Coach a team of 4-6 Customer Success Managers through renewals, churn risks, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of Customer Success experience with 1-2 years directly managing customer-facing teams.
• Proven ability to improve processes and achieve revenue retention targets.
• Experience with Planhat, Gainsight, Salesforce, and Zendesk is preferred.
