The Leaders Trust is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our program team. This role leads day-to-day management of Multi-Year Accompaniment portfolios, builds relationships with grantee partners, partners with 40+ Capacity Coaches, and serves as a trusted connection for foundation partners. You’ll help shape program direction by co-designing pilots, surfacing learnings, and mentoring teammates.
This is a highly collaborative, matrixed role reporting to a Sr. Program Director.
