Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects in Randburg . This hybrid role combines strategic planning and oversight with the flexibility of remote work. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. This position requires exceptional leadership, strong stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of civil engineering principles and project delivery methodologies.

You will work with a dedicated team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, contributing significantly to the firm's success and regional development.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that projects adhere to the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and technical excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; PMP certification is a strong asset.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering project management.
• Proven experience managing multi-million rand infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and construction law.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage hybrid teams and balance office and remote work responsibilities.
