Give Directly is hiring a Senior Manager, People Operations to lead a small team and own end-to-end payroll, lifecycle, HR data, and total rewards for 20+ countries. You’ll set the operating model, ensure data quality, and drive process improvements across payroll, ticketing, and reporting.
The role is fully remote with overlaps required with East Africa and US Eastern hours. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, People Operations and guide a small team of Associates and Coordinators.
