Manager, Mid Market; West

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Mid Market (West) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead and develop a team of account executives focused on mid-market sales across the West region. You will coach sellers on strategy, execution, and performance to help them consistently exceed quarterly goals. The position also partners cross-functionally to solve operational challenges, strengthen team capability, and support continued growth in a competitive enterprise technology environment.

Compensation: $176,460 – $259,500 annually

• Coach a team of approximately 8 account executives on sales strategy and quarterly targets
• Hire and onboard new account executives while providing ongoing coaching
• Partner cross-functionally to solve problems and manage projects
• Create training content to support ongoing development
• Support account executives with professional development plans
  
  Provide tactical feedback to account executives
• Champion and embed the organization's cultural principles within the team

• At least two years of proven leadership performance
• Strong track record of over achievement in coaching outbound sales teams
• Understanding of complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with public speaking
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills
• Self-starter with an adaptable, growth-oriented mindset
• Proficient in data-driven decision making and pipeline analysis
