- Build and lead the AI evaluation function, managing a team of ~10 insurance domain experts.
- Establish quality standards, audit rubrics, and calibration procedures for AI-generated outputs.
- Oversee workflow queues, SLAs, and resource allocation to meet client demands.
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of leadership experience in commercial P&C insurance operations or underwriting quality.
- Active P&C Producer/Agent License and designations like CPCU, CIC, or ARM are strongly preferred.
- Experience with AI/ML evaluation workflows and insurance platforms is advantageous.
- Annual salary of $135,000–$145,000 USD.
