As a Project Manager at Coastal Landscaping & Lawn Care, you will oversee landscaping projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with clients, manage resources, and lead a team to deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations. Your role is crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Lead and manage landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise and support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in landscaping.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing conditions.
• Prepare reports and documentation for project stakeholders, including clients and upper management.

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in landscaping or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Experience with budgeting and financial management in project settings.
• Knowledge of landscaping design principles and horticulture.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
