Sr Portfolio Manager; Fully Remote

• Provide executive oversight of programs, projects, and task orders within the assigned customer portfolio.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual scope and customer expectations.
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with customer leadership.
• Serve as first-line supervisor, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and complete performance evaluations.
• Support employee retention and career growth.

Account Growth and Financial Management:

• Develop and execute account growth strategy, identifying expansion opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and utilization.
• Oversee contract compliance and administrative requirements.
