Internship Details  Internship period:
August 31st – December 18th, 2026. The internship is conducted Monday to Friday, on-site at our Longueuil location, with flexible hours. Remote work is a possibility.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities  Position:
Additive Manufacturing Team, Product Technology Department.

Your role will involve managing the progression of AM technology projects and driving the integration of AM production parts into our engines.
Technology Project Management – coordinate the execution of multiple AM projects, create business cases, validate costing tools, produce communication documents for company executives, plan and deploy training, and more.
Material Development – participate in material characterization by creating test plans, coordinating coupon testing, analyzing material data, and producing material testing reports.
Design – evaluate parts for AM manufacturing, propose and create design changes, document AM design best practices, and support designers through training documents.
What Do You Need to Be Successful?
Eligible to work in Canada.
Enrolled in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
Ability to work on-site in the province where hired.
Skills in 3D modeling, ideally with CATIA.
Experience in designing and manufacturing AM parts.
Understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes (machining, casting, etc.).
Basic knowledge of metallurgy.
Spoken and written French/English bilingual.
Strong and clear communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
