Production Operator Job Singapore,Manufacturing / Production

We are seeking 7 Assembly Operators to join our production team.

As our new Production Assembly Operator
, you will be assembling precision pump components and products on our production line, ensuring every unit meets Grundfos's world-class quality standards. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Production & Manufacturing team, you'll create impact by Building reliable, high-performance pump solutions that deliver sustainable water technology to customers across the globe..

Your main responsibilities include:

Assemble pump components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specifications
Perform quality inspections during and after assembly to ensure products meet defined standards
Operate production tools, fixtures, and equipment safely and efficiently on the assembly line
Follow lean manufacturing practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with 5S and EHS standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and delivery schedules

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented and reliable team player with hands-on manufacturing experience and a commitment to quality and safety. We would also imagine that you have:

1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment
Ability to read and follow assembly work instructions and technical drawings
Good manual dexterity and comfort working with hand tools and assembly equipment
Willingness to work onsite at our Grundfos Singapore facility on rotating or fixed shifts

It is a plus if you also:

Experience with pump, motor, or electromechanical product assembly
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or 5S methodology
ITE or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus
