About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations remotely. - Develop and implement daily/weekly production schedules to meet demand forecasts and client needs.

- Manage and motivate a remote production team, providing clear direction, feedback, and support.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely material procurement and product delivery.
- Oversee inventory management and waste reduction initiatives within the production workflow.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervision or management role within manufacturing.
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
