About the Role
Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with expertise in the manufacturing sector to join their team in Mossel Bay . This role requires a hands-on approach, balancing strategic planning with operational oversight. You will lead critical projects focused on process improvement, new product introduction, and operational efficiency within the manufacturing facilities. The role involves a hybrid work arrangement, necessitating regular presence at the facility while also allowing for remote work flexibility.

- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex manufacturing projects .
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for production-related initiatives.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes , equipment, and supply chain dynamics.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
