About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Remotely supervise and manage daily production activities, ensuring targets are met.
Develop and implement optimized production schedules and workflows.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency , quality control, and waste reduction.
Provide clear direction and support to on-site production teams through effective communication channels.
Conduct remote quality assurance checks and troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
Ensure all health and safety protocols are communicated and adhered to by on-site staff.

Requirements

Proven experience in a production supervision or management role within the manufacturing industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams remotely using digital communication tools.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes , quality control, and lean principles.
Proficiency in production management software and remote collaboration tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
