- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production supervision or management role within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate remote teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in using ERP and MES systems, as well as remote collaboration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
