Remote Production Planner

• Develop and maintain optimized production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and resource availability.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure alignment on production plans.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address deviations or unexpected issues.
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply without excess stock.
• Utilize production planning software and ERP systems to track performance and generate reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in planning and scheduling to enhance efficiency.

• Proven experience as a Production Planner or in a similar role within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, inventory management, and demand forecasting principles.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
