The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and controlling direct functions within the manufacturing shop, in addition to managing and coordinating process improvement projects.
- Trains or coaches employees on administrative or technical processes and procedures.
- Ensures the safety of employees.
- Ensures that workers have the necessary equipment and prints to perform their duties.
- Resolves production issues and escalates those that require management attention.
- Educates employees on quality standards and procedures.
- Develop work instructions and procedures for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct performance review and formal performance/career development discussions with direct reports.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.
- Minimum Years of experience 3-5 years preferably in PWA (Printed Wiring Assembly) Manufacturing
- Education Background Bachelors would be nice, but Associates or Technical degree along with electronics experience would be good
- Languages competency? English, Vietnamese (Optional)
- Is there any certification required? IPC-610 would be good to have. Even if expired

- Is required to work on the weekend? Yes, Saturday half day.
- What is the shift for this position? Shift from Monday to Friday 06:00 a.m.
