Position: Stockpile and Ship loading Leadership Role
Location: Pond Inlet

Elevate your career as a Stockpile and Ship loading Supervisor us on leading operations and ensuring safe practices at the Milne Inlet Site.

As a key member of the team, you will supervise ore stacking and ship loading while promoting a culture of safety. Working under the Ship Loading Superintendent, your expertise will guide the crew in achieving production targets and operational efficiency amid challenging conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote safety and conduct training sessions

• Oversee inventory management and reclaiming operations

• Ensure operational compliance and deal with incidents

• Liaise with port control and manage daily progress

• Evaluate crew competencies and provide mentorship

Requirements:

• High school diploma needed

• At least one year in a supervisory role

• Experience with heavy machinery operation

• Remote work experience is a plus

• Familiarity with SAP is beneficial
