Job Summary
The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall operations, performance, and strategic direction of the manufacturing plant, ensuring the efficient and profitable production of high-quality automotive components.

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and human resources, to achieve production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize plant performance, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Manage plant budgets, financial performance, and capital expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and investment.
• Drive operational excellence through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to align plant operations with overall company goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee maintenance and upgrade of plant equipment and facilities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance to senior management.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
• 5+ years of experience as a Plant Manager or similar senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex manufacturing operations, achieving production goals, and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance.
• In-depth knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
