About the Opportunity As a Senior Manufacturing Technician, you will assemble, test, troubleshoot and support the production of complex robotic systems and related products. You will be hands-on, helping to scale our production capabilities and assemble the devices that will be shipped to our customers. You will serve as a technical leader on the manufacturing floor, working closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D to resolve issues, strengthen processes, train other team members, and deliver high-quality products.

What You’ll Do
• Assemble, configure, calibrate, test, inspect, and package complex electromechanical medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures.
• Independently perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and system-level assembly operations.
• Execute software installation, system provisioning, calibration, functional testing, and final acceptance activities.
• Accurately complete electronic device history records, travelers, inspection records, and other controlled production documentation.
• Maintain strict compliance with approved procedures, quality-system requirements, ESD controls, and safety practices.
• Consistently meet expectations for workmanship, quality, output, and schedule.
• Escalate issues appropriately and partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality to determine disposition and corrective actions.
