Manufacturing Shop Associate Job Town of Islip New York USA,Manufacturing / Production

As a Shop Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have basic carpentry experience and the ability to safely operate small power tools. This is a hands‑on position that may involve:

Assembling and building products using tools and equipment
Cleaning and preparing products for delivery or installation
Operating machinery to produce and cut materials
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

Build drawers
Cut rail and pole
Sort, clean and organize products
Inspects inventory for conformance to company standards
Operate saws, edge banders, CNC machines. (Training provided)
Operate a forklift to help move and store inventory
Stage products
Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor #NY032

Experience with hand tools and power tools. Forklift experience and certification a plus!
