• Develop detailed technical specifications and architectural diagrams for complex network systems.
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and operations teams to define requirements and technical roadmaps.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and vendors to enhance network performance and capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
• Conduct performance analysis, capacity planning, and troubleshooting of complex network issues.
• Ensure all architectural designs comply with security best practices and regulatory standards.
• Present architectural proposals and solutions to stakeholders at various levels.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network architectures and designs.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the telecommunications and networking landscape.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in network architecture, design, and implementation within the telecommunications industry.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying large-scale IP networks, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and related routing protocols.
• Strong understanding of SDN, NFV, cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP), and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with wireless technologies (5G, LTE) and optical networking is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Proficiency in network simulation and modeling tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE) are a plus.
