Production Associate

Manufacture artificial foam taxidermy mannequins. Work includes assembling fiberglass molds, removing finished products for quality control, and cleaning and preparing molds for machine refilling with polyurethane foam. No taxidermy experience is required.

Pay: $22 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Employment: W-2 employee; three openings
Physical demands: Extended periods of standing and lifting/handling fiberglass molds weighing 50–75 lb. Applicants should be able to perform essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Use an ERP system to facilitate orders for Eppley Legacy Outdoors companies, help customers create domestic and international shipping orders, and provide product support by phone, email and social media.

Schedule: Expected Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Work arrangement: Primarily in-house; remote work is available for the right qualified candidate.
Travel: Not required. Optional trade-show travel with the technical support and sales team may be available for those interested.

All full-time employees are eligible for benefits effective on the 60th day of employment. Plan documents govern enrollment and coverage.

Health insurance For individual coverage, the company pays 70% and the employee pays 30% of the premium.
Family coverage For upgraded spouse or family plans, the company applies the same dollar contribution as for individual coverage.
Company-paid life insurance The company pays 100% of the premium for a policy with a $25,000 benefit.
Additional benefits Dental and vision coverage are available. The 401(k) includes a 5% company match, subject to plan terms. PTO accrues weekly and may be used after 90 days: 40 hours during the first 12 months, then 120 hours per year in years two and three, with unused PTO carryover capped at 120 hours.
Profit sharing Eligibility begins after one continuous year of full-time employment, subject to program terms.
