Production Manager, Operations Management
JBS Live Pork, LLC seeks a Remote Field Manager to support producers across Southeast Iowa to Northeast Missouri. You will train producers, audit facilities for compliance, and help maximize production while maintaining strong producer relationships. The role requires frequent farm visits and coordination with the Production Manager.
You will travel 80% of the time, oversee 20–25 producer sites, and assist in contract renewals while contributing to profitability and cost control.
