• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to achieve company objectives for efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Oversee the performance of multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring standardized processes and best practices are implemented.
• Lead and mentor remote operations managers and production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, OEE, scrap reduction, and on-time delivery.
• Implement and manage Lean Manufacturing initiatives and other process optimization programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations across all sites.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and product development teams to optimize the end-to-end manufacturing process.
• Utilize advanced data analytics and reporting tools to monitor operational performance and identify areas for intervention.
• Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
• Facilitate effective remote communication and collaboration among distributed teams.

• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in leading and improving complex, multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate remote teams effectively.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain, quality management, and EHS principles.
• Proficiency in using advanced manufacturing software, data analysis tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
