Sulzer is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive Lean transformation across our UK North region and beyond. You will collaborate with Service Centres, Field Service, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
You will mentor managers and frontline staff in Lean thinking, establish standard work and performance metrics, and track impact to deliver measurable business results while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
