• Design and optimize plant layouts and material flow for efficient production.
• Conduct time studies, work sampling, and capacity planning.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production staff, quality assurance, and maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, or process modifications.
• Monitor production performance metrics and report on key indicators.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
• Experience with process optimization techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office and CAD.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with quality control systems and manufacturing best practices.
