About the role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive Bizzy Car's growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, engage customers, and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing leadership, preferably within the automotive or technology sectors.

Bizzy Car’s marketing strategy is focused on digital inbound B2B demand generation, events, customer retention, and partnerships. As a high-growth startup we are looking for a dynamic, data driven, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic individual who wants to work at a quickly evolving company in the automotive technology space.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with Bizzy Car business objectives, focusing on brand building, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to establish the company’s strategic positioning and market expansion goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Performance Reporting:
    Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO and executive team.
Brand Development:
  • Own and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all channels.
  • Act as the company’s key spokesperson at industry events, conferences, and media opportunities.
  • Lead the creation of compelling video, audio, and text content.
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing:
  • Develop data-driven demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth, lead acquisition, and customer conversion rates at acceptable CAC.
  • Optimize digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, and SEO/SEM efforts to maximize ROI.
Customer-Centric Marketing:
  • Lead the development of customer-focused campaigns that highlight the value and impact of our solutions.
  • Partner with customer success teams to create case studies, testimonials, and other marketing collateral.
Team Development:
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Establish objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and ensure team alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with sales to create integrated campaigns that drive alignment and deliver measurable results.
  • Partner with product teams to position offerings effectively and align on go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers by setting clear goals, ensuring ongoing optimization, and maintaining alignment with overall business objectives. Regularly review performance to ensure deliverables meet expectations and drive ROI.
  • Budget Management:
    Design and oversee the marketing department’s budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
