Role Overview :
We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our affiliate partnerships. The right candidate will have experience in affiliate program management, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize the company’s affiliate marketing program.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and partners.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights for improvement.
- Create and execute affiliate campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and reporting systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
