• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
• Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve targets and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management.

• Proven experience in marketing, particularly in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex marketing concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
