Senior Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth.
Role Overview
We are seeking a
highly strategic, hands-on, and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager
with a minimum of
10 years of hands-on marketing experience in the Training and Certification industry
(K-12 preferred, but corporate training experience is also valuable).
This role is ideal for a
creative and entrepreneurial self-starter
who is passionate about EdTech and eager to establish Knowledge Pillars as a market leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership:Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, drive brand visibility, and optimize customer acquisition.
- Multi-Channel Marketing Execution:Oversee and optimize content marketing, paid advertising (PPC, social media, SEM), email campaigns, SEO, and influencer partnerships.
- Website & Digital Presence:Manage and enhance the company website (Word Press) to improve UX, SEO, and conversion rates.
- Branding & Content Creation:Develop and oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and videos using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
Canva experience is a plus. - Sales Enablement Support:Work closely with the sales team to create compelling sales collateral, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis:Stay informed about EdTech industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.
- Event Marketing & Trade Shows:Plan, execute, and attend key industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and lead generation.
- Performance Tracking & Budgeting:Set KPIs, track ROI, and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product, sales, and executive leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with overall company goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- 10+ years of marketing hands-on experience, specifically in the education industry, with a focus on Training and Certification (K-12 preferred, corporate education acceptable).
- Strong expertise in Word Press
for website management, UX optimization, and SEO implementation. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
Canva experience is a plus. - Proven track record in developing and executing
data-driven marketing strategies
for lead generation and brand positioning. - Hands-on experience with
SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, paid social media, and email marketing. - Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or equivalent. - Strong
project management skills
, with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in event marketing and trade show planning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
