Microbot Medical is a cutting-edge medical device endovascular robotic company, seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager to join our team.
We are on a mission to redefine endovascular procedures with the LIBERTY® Endovascular Robotic System, a remote, single-use and fully disposable robotic system for endovascular procedures. Across the three spaces of the endovascular market which includes peripheral, coronary and neurovascular, it is one of the largest markets with clear unmet needs, but still with minimal penetration of robotics. LIBERTY® is designed to redefine the endovascular surgical robotics marketplace by overcoming many obstacles that hinder the adoption of other robotic systems by eliminating the large capital footprint and its expense, and creating a system that is easy to use, requires short learning curve, and has the potential to add value for all stakeholders.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communications strategies that strengthen our brand presence, engage key stakeholders, and support business growth. This is a highly visible role within a small-to-mid cap public medical device company, offering the opportunity to shape messaging across multiple channels in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the company’s global marketing communications plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives, product launches, and corporate initiatives.
- Create and execute engaging content for multiple platforms, including digital, print, social media, events, press releases, investor communications, and internal communications.
- Build and grow the company’s presence across key social media platforms, developing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Lead the company’s website redesign in partnership with external vendors, ensuring strategic alignment and timely execution
- Manage ongoing website updates and design implementation to maintain consistency with messaging and business objectives
- Manage public relations (PR) efforts, including media outreach, press releases, thought leadership, and management of PR agencies.
- Manage investors relations (IR) efforts, including media outreach, press releases, bankers’ meetings, analysts’ communications and management of IR agencies.
- Identify, negotiate and secure strategic advertising and promotional opportunities across digital, print, and event channels to amplify brand visibility and support campaign goals.
- Partner closely with leadership, sales, clinical, investor relations, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all audiences.
- Develop and implement event marketing plans, including pre-event promotion, on-site marketing, and post-event follow-up.
- Execute strategic plans for the company’s participation in relevant industry congresses, trade shows, and events at the global, national, and regional levels; attend and support these events as needed, including occasional weekend travel.
- Coordinate and manage marketing vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing communications performance metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure all communications are compliant with industry regulations, corporate guidelines, and brand standards.
- Attend company dinners and events.
- Meet the travel requirements of the position as outlined below.
- Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time, within your scope of practice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing communications experience in the medical device industry (required).
- Experience working within a small-cap to mid-cap public company environment (required).
