Role OverviewAs a Site Merchandiser, you will support the optimization and management of our e‑commerce platform by enhancing product presentation and user experience. This role is responsible for driving sales and improving conversion rates through effective site merchandising strategies, contributing directly to BIOptimizers’ mission of biologically optimizing the health of humanity. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Growth, and IT teams during our Shopify migration and rebranding efforts to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
The ideal candidate brings subject matter expertise in e‑commerce merchandising and strong execution skills within a distributed, high‑performance environment.
- 3+ years of experience in e‑commerce merchandising, site management, or digital marketing within the consumer goods or wellness industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through effective product placement, promotional strategies, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Strong proficiency in A/B testing and user experience optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with omnichannel marketing strategies and digital merchandising methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in e‑commerce management or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics Certification).
- Familiarity with a consumer wellness brand operating in a hypergrowth environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on actionable insights and continuous improvement.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, with a commitment to achieving results and enhancing the customer experience.
This is a fully remote position. BiOptimizers has a globally distributed team and supports flexible work arrangements across time zones.
Company Hours & CollaborationWith team members across many countries and time zone differences of up to 16 hours, we’ve established a standard collaboration window from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
