Associate Director, Events Marketing

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive RSVPs and viewership for events
• Leverage various marketing channels including email, social media, and content marketing
• Collaborate with the Events team to develop promotional plans and messaging
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance registration flow and improve conversions
• Report on campaign results and provide data-driven insights for future marketing strategies

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing live and virtual events
• Exceptional collaboration skills, especially with Product/Technology, Design, and Analytics teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision-making
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Looker, and/or Email Service Provider (ESP)
• Creative thinking with a demonstrated bias for action
• Strong understanding of audience segments and their journey through the conversion funnel
