About the RoleWe’re looking for a dynamic Partnership Marketing Coordinator to help elevate JLab’s brand through our partnerships and ambassador programs.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in brand, property, or partnership marketing who thrives on building relationships, storytelling, and activating brands through influential partnerships.
You’ll play a key role in growing our partnerships with college athletics, professional golf, and other strategic partners, helping bring the JLab story to life across the U.S. and beyond.

What You’ll Do Partnership Management- Collaborate with JLab partners:
College sports programs, and players, PGA Tour and PGA golfers to maximize investments and execute the JLab brand across all their properties to grow the brand in the US and abroad - Execute product launch, go-to-market activities across all properties and partners[KC2]
- Be the partner expert and share partnership plans both internally and externally
- Partner with the marketing team to tell partner stories and elevate the brand
- Constantly communicate about JLab brand objectives and share goals with partners to grow JLab awareness through various properties and platforms
- Help review and evaluate partner programs’ success and recommend improvements
- Review and evaluate new partner proposals and bring new opportunities to the Director of Marketing that support JLab brand objectives
- Support brand initiatives like photoshoots, content programs, and product launches
- Support collaboration and licensed partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field — or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in partner, sponsorship, or brand marketing.
- Proven success building and leveraging relationships to grow brand awareness.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and influencer/ambassador programs.
- Experience with Name Image Likeness (NIL) programs, player contracts and execution
- Excellent communication and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deliverables across external and internal partners simultaneously.
- Passion for sports, lifestyle, and consumer brands a plus.
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have authorization to work in the United States at the time of hire and must maintain work authorization for the duration of their employment.

CompensationPay Range: $24–$34/hour (~$50,000–$70,000/year), based on experience.
