A Pioneer & Growth Engineer:
Product & Content Marketing Manager

This is not your average marketing job. You won’t just be an executor; you’ll be the core growth engine for Wonder Lab in the U.S. market. Your role will be highly strategic and data-driven, yet full of unlimited creative freedom. You will personally define the brand’s identity, voice, and growth trajectory in the U.S., and your contributions will be quantifiable and have a profound impact.

• Market Launch & Strategic Planning:
  Develop and execute comprehensive content and product marketing strategies to build brand awareness and capture market share for Wonder Lab from scratch in the U.S.
• Consumer Insights & Content Innovation:
  Deeply analyze U.S. consumer media habits and health needs to translate insights into compelling, viral-worthy content. Lead the ideation, creation, and distribution of all content, ensuring it precisely resonates with and engages our target audience.
• Product Marketing & KOL Strategy:
  Uncover our product’s unique selling points to build a powerful core KOL matrix. You will lead collaborations with influencers and creators, integrating product messaging into authentic stories, not hard sells.
• Data-Driven Growth:
  Continuously track and analyze key metrics, with core KPIs directly tied to product search volume, budget efficiency, and sales conversion. You will make rapid, data-informed decisions to optimize marketing spend, ensuring every dollar delivers maximum impact.

• Experience:
  
  3-5 years of content or product marketing experience in the U.S. market. Experience with high-growth CPG, health & wellness, or probiotic brands and a proven track record of successfully entering new markets is a major plus.
• Core Competencies:

  • Deep Consumer Insight:
    You can accurately identify market trends and consumer sentiment and translate them into effective action.
  • Powerful Execution:
    You can independently drive projects from concept to completion in a remote setting, with a results-oriented mindset and a pursuit of excellence.
  • Data Analysis Master:
    You are proficient in using data tools for analysis and decision-making, without relying on gut feelings.

• Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000/year, with the final offer based on your experience and skills.
