Job Description: He/she/they will be at the forefront of using data to answer partners’ business questions and develop relevant plans to drive growth based on partner priorities and launches. Close collaboration with merchandising and channel partners is critical to ensure alignment with the strategies set by BSG. Analytical rigor, understanding, optimization, and action on meaningful marketing metrics for brand partners are essential.

This position is hybrid, reporting to the Denton office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with remote work the rest of the week.

Primary Functions:

• Manage relationships with brand partners across BSG.
• Lead the development of annual marketing plans based on brand priorities and launches, acting as the main liaison between brand partners and internal teams.
• Onboard new brand partners, guide setup, and develop co-op agreements.
• Create data-driven marketing plans to help brand partners achieve their goals.
• Ensure co-op pricing and costs meet expectations.
• Integrate marketing plans into internal processes and calendars.
• Approve co-op agreements and coordinate with finance for allocation.
• Lead quarterly brand partner meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful plan rollout.
• Identify and implement new strategies to grow brand partner plans and drive revenue.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in marketing, merchandising, or brand partnerships in retail.
• Experience in creating marketing plans and understanding marketing strategies.
• Proficient in marketing and creative brief writing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Problem solver with leadership qualities and stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of marketing technology and digital marketing calendars is a plus.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
