OverviewAs part of our expanding Global Marketing Organization, we are seeking a Global Marketing Manager for Atellica assays – Cardiometabolic portfolio. In this role, you will play a critical role in defining, developing, and commercializing our Core Laboratory Solutions (CLS) offerings that impact patient outcomes globally. Responsibilities- End to End Cardiometabolic Portfolio Ownership:
Own the full lifecycle of the Cardiometabolic product portfolio, from product definition and strategic planning to launch, positioning, and post‑launch marketing. Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and integrated campaigns to drive commercial success. Ensure cross‑functional alignment (R&D, zone marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical, etc.) to deliver differentiated, customer‑focused solutions. - Customer and Market Insights:
Serve as a Cardiometabolic subject matter expert across stakeholder groups including laboratorians, hospital administrators, and ministries of health. Gather and interpret market dynamics and customer insights to shape portfolio strategy and inform product innovation. - Competitive Selling Strategies:
Monitor and analyze competitive offerings. Develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools that clearly differentiate our products and demonstrate added value to customers. - Product Definition & Development:
Translate customer needs into well‑defined product requirements and design inputs. Leverage voice‑of‑customer research, zone input, and market analysis to guide development teams and ensure market‑relevant product delivery.
- 4+ years of progressive marketing and/or product management experience in the in‑vitro diagnostics (IVD) or core laboratory diagnostics space. 5+ years of progressive marketing/product management within the medical device industry may be considered.
- Proven end‑to‑end experience including market research, product definition, NPD support, launch planning, campaign execution, sales enablement, and training development.
- Clinical Chemistry or Immunoassay background.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Global or international experience strongly preferred.
