Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Hours are M-F (10am-6pm est) with hybrid working hours from our offices (Tue, Wed, Thu) and work from home (Mon, Fri).

Job Description: This community role is responsible for managing and growing the brand’s community through IRL events & experiences, TYB, Influencer, Creators, Ambassadors, and Affiliates, using both logical, quantitative skills and creative activation skills to build, engage, grow, and convert community into a loyal, distributive brand community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Management
    • Own the TYB Community Game Plan for both the General Community Cohort and Muse Cohort, meeting community growth engagement goals.
    • Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
      Monthly Strategy Presentations, Weekly Challenges, Weekly Chats (including Chill Power Hour), Virtual Events, and other initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing/Growth to integrate community loyalty growth across channels (Social, Email, Events, etc.).
    • Spend 2-3 hours per week actively engaging with Influencers, Creators, and Muses on Chillhouse social channels.
    • Own the Refunnel Tool, keeping content meticulously organized for organic content and community campaigns (e.g., influencer, muse, etc.).
    • Develop reports and key learnings weekly/monthly.
  • Influencer Marketing
    • Execute the Influencer Marketing Strategy with a focus on:
    • Monthly evergreen strategies for organic seeding.
    • Influencer and Muse seeding and paid campaigns for product launches.
    • Strategic campaigns for Target (or wholesalers) and Amazon Influencers.
    • Maintain and update the Master Influencer Database with precision, integrating additional software tools as needed.
    • Develop reports and key learnings weekly/monthly.
  • Ambassador & Affiliate Program
    • Own the Shop My Tool, driving influencer affiliate growth and top-tier influencer engagement while developing a focused Muse plan.
    • Develop and launch a College Ambassador Program.
    • Develop and manage the Club Chill Influencer Program to strengthen relationships and brand loyalty with Chillhouse Soho/NYC based influencers.
    • Develop reports and key learnings weekly/monthly.
  • IRL Community Activations
    • Collaborate with our Integrated Partnerships and Events Manager to bring the community to life through creative IRL activations.
    • Responsibilities include supporting guest lists for events, ideating creative community experiences, and developing influencer/muse-specific activations for key campaigns and launches.
    • Conceptualize and execute engaging in-store events and community meetups at the flagship location, managing the events calendar and coordinating with the store team, partners, and manager to ensure seamless execution and attendance.
    • Develop reports and key learnings monthly.
