Marketing Mage
Location : Arvada, CO. In person with options for occasional remote work.
Full Time
Compensation: $23-25/hr negotiable with lots of potential for growth based on performance. Alternative salaried options may be available for the right candidate if they have additional skills beyond the required core set.

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, with a proven track record of growing online sales and engagement.
- Portfolio of past work that demonstrates skills in graphic design, content creation, or successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (preferably Shopify), digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
- eCommerce Platform Knowledge: Familiar with Shopify for product management and basic platform navigation to support content creation and product photography needs.
- Digital Marketing: Knowledgeable in various digital marketing strategies. Ads manager experience with companies spending over $6k/month on Meta and Google required. Email marketing handled via Omnisend with understanding of logic flows. SEO and social media advertising experience preferred.
- Graphic Design: Competent in graphic design tools, especially Adobe Illustrator for product graphics, marketing materials, and content creation. Experience with Adobe Lightroom for product photography editing and image enhancement.
- Web Analytics: Ability to use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) to track performance, understand customer behavior, and make data-driven decisions.
- Social and Website Content Creation: Strong writing skills for developing engaging product descriptions, ad copy, and content that aligns with SEO best practices. Photography and video editing skills needed. In house social media video and photo capturing.
- Content Management: Comfortable with content management systems for uploading product content, images, and marketing materials. Basic understanding of digital asset organization and file management.
- Project Management: Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through execution, including product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment with the ability to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative Thinking: Brings innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, product presentation, and overall brand enhancement.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues proactively and developing effective solutions, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Collaboration: Works well in a team setting, offering support to other team members and able to communicate effectively with different departments.

- Creating and updating product graphics, promotional materials, and visual content for marketing campaigns. Product photography and image editing for featured products and sales promotions.
- Regular creation and updating of product content, images, and promotional materials to ensure fresh and engaging customer experience.
- Creative collaboration with Chelsea on visual content strategy, product photography direction, and brand consistency across all marketing materials.
