• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive community engagement.
• Analyze and report on content performance metrics, providing insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Assist in brainstorming new ideas for content formats, campaigns, and social media initiatives.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and voice.

• Proven experience in social media content creation, specifically Tik Tok and Instagram.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  German language skills are a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles.
• Experience working in remote teams or digital‑first environments is advantageous.

• Flexible remote schedule with availability to collaborate during German business hours (CET).
• Occasional requirement to attend virtual team meetings or social media campaign launches.

• Deep understanding of Tik Tok and Instagram platforms and analytics.
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.
