Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our remote team in Germany. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals passionate about digital marketing, social media, and brand promotion. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing online content, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting the marketing team to increase engagement and drive brand growth.

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.

• Create engaging content for social media channels, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Support SEO, SEM, and paid advertising efforts to increase online visibility and lead generation.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and quality.

• Assist in maintaining the companys website, social media profiles, and online presence.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising fundamentals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  German language skills are a plus.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

• Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is advantageous.

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; internships or project experience in digital marketing will be considered a plus.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible working hours with core hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET, Monday to Friday.
