Sr. Marketing Account Executive (remote) Requirements

• 3+ years of digital marketing industry or Agency experience.
• Ability to be direct and set proper expectations with clients, even if it means they could respond poorly.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Constant supervision of performance metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
• A solid work ethic, you will be trusted with managing most of your own time remotely.
• Team oriented, we live and die as a team here.
• Monitor and manage all aspects of daily client communications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; elevate, track and solve client issues.
• Develop + maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Meet with clients monthly to review marketing campaign progress.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and client business needs.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and upsell.
• Work as a member of an account team to identify client needs and address them with strategic recommendations.
• Interpret and analyze results data to improve client ROI.
• Very limited travel to sales/client offices or events may be required.
