The Account Director will be responsible for developing customer interaction strategies, collaborating with marketing, data, and product teams to enhance programs, and improving initiatives based on performance and feedback.
Responsibilities- Strategy & Design:
Develop and implement integrated member engagement tactics and programs that align with business and brand goals. - Data Analysis:
Analyze customer data and feedback to gain insights into customer behavior, identify trends, and pinpoint opportunities for program enhancement. - Program Optimization:
Continuously optimize loyalty program features, rewards, promotions, and touchpoints to maximize customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, data, product, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of loyalty programs with overall business objectives. - Campaign Management:
Partner with the execution teams on the development of campaigns and initiatives that promote program engagement, reduce churn, and improve customer lifetime value. - Program Improvement:
Recommend and implement communication enhancements based on customer feedback, performance data, and competitive analysis.
- Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience:
Prior experience in customer loyalty, CRM, or related marketing roles is preferred. - Technical
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting compelling messages and collaborating effectively. - Organizational
Skills:
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills are needed to manage multiple communication initiatives. - Analytical
Skills:
Ability to analyze communication data and identify actionable insights is important for optimizing outreach.
