ABOUT THE MISSIONWe’re looking for a Digital Sales Director to lead our business across Europe
, shaping how our Columbia and Sorel brands grow through our online partners.
This is a senior leadership role overseeing a multimillion-euro portfolio of 30+ e-retail partners — from major accounts like Amazon, Zalando, and ASOS to fast-growing regional marketplaces.
Leading a team of 10 (including 5 direct reports) located across Europe (HQ and countries), you’ll be accountable for growing our digital wholesale turnover, and implementing a scalable marketplace model that supports sustainable growth.
Beyond commercial delivery, you’ll position your team as a Centre of Excellence (COE) for digital sales — sharing best practices, tools, and insights to support regional Sales and Marketing teams in driving omnichannel excellence.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE- Define and deliver the European digital wholesale strategy for Columbia and Sorel, aligned with regional and global priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and elevate a multicultural team of Digital Sales Managers and Account Specialists across different markets.
- Manage partnerships with key online accounts, driving both turnover and margin growth through strong planning, forecasting, and execution.
- Develop and roll out a sustainable marketplace model that elevates our brand, enhances our digital footprint and customer reach.
- Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and DTC teams to optimize content, assortment, and sell-through performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital business performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Act as a digital thought leader internally — influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in how we sell online.

- 8–10 years of experience in digital sales or key account management, ideally within the apparel, footwear, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience managing top-tier digital accounts (Amazon, Zalando, ASOS, or equivalent) at a European or multi-market level
