• Collaborate with teams to optimize community engagement workflows.

• 3+ years of brand community and social media experience, including strategy development and content creation.
• Proven expertise with platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, and Reddit for commercial or personal brands.
• Strong content creation skills and a deep passion for cultural and social trends.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities combined with a creative mindset.
• Technologically savvy and proficient in social media.

• Exceptional communication skills, including strong grammar and spelling.
• Self-starter attitude and eagerness for new challenges.
• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Experience with community management on Reddit is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with social tools like Sprinklr, Meltwater, or Brandwatch is a plus.
