- Lead key client accounts and drive client satisfaction
- Oversee client account team members by mentoring and maintaining best practices
- Lead strategically, focusing on the big picture of clients’ marketing efforts while grasping day‑to‑day details
- Run all meetings impeccably, setting up, delivering work, summarizing feedback, and agreeing on next steps
- Develop client presentations and play an active role in upselling clients
- Drive next steps and actions with urgency, pace, and authority
- Work with the project management team to deliver client projects on time and budget, with special attention to profitability, tracking, and resource consumption
- Provide clear and detailed written and verbal communication to clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Manage an Account Coordinator or Account Manager
- Assist creative and development teams by clearly outlining client needs and goals through project and creative briefs
- Proactively identify project risks and create mitigation strategies
- Act as the primary point of contact at Mindgruve for key clients
- Educate clients on new trends, strategies, and opportunities to improve their marketing campaigns
- 8+ years of experience managing large accounts at a marketing agency
- Meticulous organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Impeccable documentation and administrative skills
- Working knowledge and familiarity with various digital technologies and applications
- Familiarity with creative and strategic processes, campaign and communications planning, web development life cycles, social media, email marketing, and online campaigns
- Experience with accounts that include media planning, buying, and performance marketing, including analytics and reporting
- Experience writing proposals, estimates, RFPs, and scope of work documents
- Ability to act as the key point of contact for client relationships and communication
- Experience crafting marketing and project roadmaps to organize annual marketing efforts
- Managerial experience of an Account Coordinator or Account Manager
- Local to Nashville, TN and available to work a hybrid schedule out of the Nashville office
